As editor of the American Suzuki Journal, I brought together a community of writers, photographers, and designers to tell the stories that mattered most to Suzuki teachers and families. I collaborated with organizational leaders to shape a content strategy that reflected the mission and heart of the association. From planning editorial calendars to editing, layout, and final proofing, I guided each issue from concept to print, ensuring that every quarterly publication landed on members’ desks polished, timely, and full of purpose.

I’m particularly proud of vol. 48, no. 4, which highlights the contributions of Black Suzuki teachers and students to the Suzuki community.
